Five Star Feedback!


One of the things I enjoy most about our business is the feedback we get after our clients receive their items. The pleasure of buying an item for yourself, or a close friend or family member, is uplifting and a boost to your day. And I learned that it's not the cost of any particular purchase, but whether or not there is perceived value in the eyes of your customer.

All business depend upon the positive reaction to their products and services, and via our eBay, Etsy and Bonanza Stores, there are very quantitative measures of your business performance. For eBay, it's a measurement of Detailed Seller Ratings, a 5 Star Rating system that requires no more than 3 ratings of a 1 or 2 to maintain your Top Rated Seller status. It measures "detailed description", "communication", "shipping time" and "shipping and handling charges". And finally, it measures a percentage of "positive feedback" ratings.

I'm pleased that we rate so very high in all of these categories and that we have achieved a Top Rated Seller status on our eBay Store. But as I step away from the numbers, our greatest achievements come from the words expressed by customers when they get their items. Words like:

"awesome, wonderful, beautiful, fast shipping, my daughter loves it, nicer than imagined..."

We've received thousands of such words. Best of all..."thank you"...hard to top that.

So "thank you", again and always, our treasured customers. You make it all worthwhile. Can't wait to see you again soon.
